Cited by default: why every Euler PRD traces to a customer

, The Euler team

The fastest way to lose trust in an AI tool is to catch it making something up. Once that happens, every output gets second-guessed, and the time you saved is spent re-checking.

So Euler is built the other way around: nothing is asserted without a source.

Evidence, not vibes

When Euler synthesizes an answer in chat, every sentence carries a citation back to the exact signal it came from. When Composer drafts a PRD, each claim links to the feedback that supports it. You can click any line and land on the real review, ticket, or transcript behind it.

This changes what the draft is for. It isn't a starting point you have to verify from scratch. It's an argument you can audit in two clicks, and defend in a review.

Prioritize by evidence, not by who's loudest

The same principle drives prioritization. Euler ranks every pattern by evidence strength: how many customers, how many sources, how recent. The pain points hurting the most people rise to the top on their own, instead of whoever emailed you last.

Traceability isn't a feature bolted on the side. It's the thing that makes everything else worth trusting.
