Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026

Euler ("Euler", "we", "us") is a product management platform operated by [Company Legal Entity]. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a general description of our practices and is not legal advice.

Information we collect

  • Waitlist information. Your email address when you ask to receive Euler availability or early-access updates. If you choose to answer our optional questions, also your role, team size, the tools your customer feedback comes in through and where your team plans work, and what you tell us about your work. We also record how you reached the waitlist: the page or campaign link you came from and the referring website's domain.
  • Account information. Your name, email address, organization, and authentication details when you sign up.
  • Customer Content. The feedback and product data you upload or connect, including files you import and data synced from integrations such as Linear, Slack, Notion, GitHub, and Jira. This may contain personal information about your own customers and team members.
  • Usage data. Logs, device and browser information, and cookies we use to keep you signed in and to operate and secure the service.
  • Payment information. Billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide waitlist and early-access updates, decide who to invite to early access first, operate the service, generate insights and PRDs from your Customer Content, process billing, provide support, secure the platform, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing and subprocessors

To generate insights, answers, and PRD drafts, we send relevant Customer Content to AI providers that process it on our behalf. Our key subprocessors include:

  • Anthropic (Claude) for synthesis, drafting, and chat.
  • Voyage AI for embeddings that power semantic search.
  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Our cloud hosting provider for infrastructure.
  • The integrations you connect (for example Linear, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Jira), which exchange data with Euler at your direction.

We require our subprocessors to protect your information and to use it only to provide services to us. Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days and doesn't use them to train models. Voyage AI is set to zero-day retention, so it doesn't store or train on what we send. Our Data Processing Addendum lists every subprocessor.

How we share information

We share information with subprocessors and service providers as described above, when required by law or to protect rights and safety, and in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and afterward as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We keep waitlist information until you have early access or ask us to remove it.

Security

We protect your information with encryption, tenant isolation, and access controls. See our Security page for details.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example under the GDPR or CCPA). You can delete your workspace, and export your specs and audit log, from within the product. For anything else, including a full export, contact us at [privacy email].

International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Children

Euler is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
