Terms of Service

Effective date: October 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Euler, operated by [Company Legal Entity] ("Euler", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. This is a general agreement and is not legal advice.

The service

Euler ingests customer feedback, clusters it into insights, drafts PRDs grounded in that evidence, and helps you track outcomes, under a model where the agent proposes and you decide.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be old enough to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the feedback and product data you upload or connect ("Customer Content"). You grant Euler a license to host, process, and analyze Customer Content as needed to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and any necessary consents to provide Customer Content to Euler and to have it processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by violating any law, infringing others' rights, attempting to breach security or access data that is not yours, reverse engineering the service, or using it to build a competing product.

AI output

Euler uses AI to generate insights, answers, and drafts. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, may require your review, and is not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you act on. The decision is always yours.

Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at sign-up. Usage limits are applied as soft caps unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

Euler and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a license to use it without restriction.

Third-party integrations

The service can connect to third-party tools. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euler will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Euler harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content or your use of the service in violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing-law jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
